Resource is brought to you by the Alberta Energy Regulator.
Alberta - May 30, 2017

You may be surprised to learn that the energy industry used just over two per cent of all water that was allocated across all industries in Alberta last year. Nonetheless, when it comes to water, every drop counts and Albertans expect the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) to ensure that oil and gas companies are using it safely and responsibly.

Today, the AER released the second report on industry performance, which highlights water allocation and use to produce oil, gas, and bitumen. You can visit our website to learn more.
